TOPIC: Hey. new guy here.

Hello, my names Corey, from middle GA. I'm not new to antiques or outboards, but this is definitely a first for a fiberglassic. Unless you want to count a '78 glastron tri-hull I picked up back in high school. My expertise lies in mechanics/ metal, maybe carpentry. This will be my first ever run in with fiberglass.
The project is a late '50s 16ft Magnolia. I'm hoping y'all can narrow down a year/model. I was told '57 by a PO.
I will be posting several pics and making a separate build thread when I figure out this forum. I've done a lot so far.

Here's a thread I found about a 1957 Magnolia. There are four photos attached. It looks about the same as yours but there might not be much change between model years.

Thanks guys. Any additional info on magnolias is greatly appreciated. Ice searched all over fiberglassic and still haven't found much.

it looks like you have a good camera if you dont use a real camera
trying to blow up a phone picture gets funny with that said take plenty of photos as your doing something stop and take a picture i took videos and pictures alot of pictures that way if i am missing something 8 years later i can go back to my pictures and refresh my memory do it right dont try to cut corners it will come back up later when you dont want it to .. have fun if your not having fun then it is work. you can get tired of work you dont get tired of having fun. now some of the other guys will tag in so a few pictures for inspiration
