TOPIC: Bottom paint

Ok I put two coats of epoxy primekote and two coats of interlux perfection on the inside of my fiberglass boat, sprinkled some none skid right after painting the first coat then gave it another coat of paint wow it turned out great. I used hd foam rollors then tipped it of with a med grade brush.
I found out several light coats is the way yto go. Prevents runs also.
I'm thinking of rolling and tipping the outside but I'm not sure if I should use a anti foul paint? I have lots of time as its to cold in seattle at the time. So I have to wait till it warms up.
Any thoughts is appreciated. This is a 16' fiberglass haul

Anti-fouling paint? Is only necessary if you leave the boat moored/slipped for more then a couple days. If its trailered every trip, its unnecessary, IMO.

I agree. I have been using Interlux Briteside on the bottom of my wooden Thompson for several years with no problems. It is only in the water for a day or two at a time, and I think it takes the "wear and tear" of the trailer better than the anti-fowling paint. It is also cheaper.

Thank you for your input I do go to stehikin lake Chelan once a year and my boat will stay in the water for 5-10 days so I was concerned if that would cause problems (blistering) or something. Thanks again
