TOPIC: Evinrude vintage emblems

I have a 1965 Evinrude Sport 14 in original condition my uncle bought new off the showroom in Houston in 1965. The boat was built for one year and discontinued. She goes into storage in December giving me a chance to make any and all repairs, I'm looking for plastic vintage Evinrude emblems and hardware. Anyone with any ideas where I can find parts?

I cannot count the times I have been given help / info on this forum that I could find nowhere else. You have found the right place! Welcome to the group.

You may be able to find some parts from MFG and Crestliner from the same period, as I think Evinrude was doing business with MFG (which also owned Crestliner at that time). That won't help with the emblems, but could prove useful for other pieces. Experts on this site, if I am incorrect, please forgive.

MFG built tri-hulls for many companies (even Sears, if memeory serves me well).
