TOPIC: Ever have one of those days....

that you didn't want to end?
Was having engine trouble the last couple of weeks, nothing serious, just a miss or two. Checked it out and found basically loose spark plugs. Moral here is use a torque wrench.
We all took Friday off, a final family day before everyone goes back to school.
My 18 yr. old son got sick of hearing his little brother brag what a great skier he was. He unexpectedly dropped a ski, and almost made it. These are just a set of combos. We asked are you trying that again. He said yes, so we gave him the good slalom ski and one regular. He dropped again, and got the back foot in and did an entire lap around the lake.

Later on we decided to test the engine to the limit. We had 4 people, 3 skis, and two ropes, so why not!

We are heading out. Hope to have a day like that. Happy for you!

Thanks for sharing, I'm 62 yrs old and can still remember my first successful ski drop. The kids will never forget.

as do I but the biggest thrill was when I got a new O'Brien slalom ski. I became a 10 times better skier in about 10 minutes.

While we have drifted to slalom skies,...I have heard that the K2 slalom ski caused serious injuries and death.
Any truth to that??
