TOPIC: I have a boat I need help identifying.

This little boat is 8 ft long,it has OMC Sea King controls. It was last registered on Lake Lotawana in Missouri in 1965. I can't find anything like it anywhere. Any help identifying would be gratly appreciated.

I think someone else posted one of these within the last month or so. I remember that fin in the nose.

This one's really bugging me. Looks a lot like a Rubbermaid boat, but I can't find one of those with the fin.

Never heard of Rubbermaid boat. Looked them up. Interesting. Mine is fiberglass and all the hardware is from the fifties. Also transom bolts to back of boat which is missing. Its been bugging me too, I called the Lake Lotawana lake association that it was registered with and there records don't go back that far. I sent him pictures and he is going to show them to some of the old timers on the lake to see if they remember it. have not heard anything yet.

Finally found the other post for a boat like yours! It was your post in Fincity forum. :-/ I knew I'd seen one before.

Is that plastic or fiberglass?

My guess was that it was sort of like a Disney Mouse boat. A rental for the youngsters from back in the day?
