Steer , that, that is a fine piece of fiberglass craftsmen ship I'll have you know, with all the trimm and a rattle can finish. It used to have a pulley set up but was change to a single cable set up.

Captain Trog,

My GUESS, from "blowing up" the photo & looking at it carefully, is that your boat is what is referred to as a RUNABOUT UTILITY & perhaps made by CAJUN PLASTICS at their short-lived plant in California OR a "clone" of a Cajun.
(There were literally over a thousand "SMALL & INDEPENDENT BUILDERS", who built "copies" or "clones" of other larger firm's hulls, so absent finding a builder's name somewhere in the hull or find a former title/bill of sale, you may never KNOW for sure who built your nice boat. ======> Fwiw, I have a NICE-quality 14ft "utility" with a 1963 BigTwin OB stored at my mother's farm that is probably the sole surviving boat built by one of those "clone companies", in what was once a Gulf service station in Caddo Valley, AR. Price Boatbuilding completed less than 25 boats before going bankrupt.).

Your boat may be quite rare, as few people bought UTILITY hulls, preferring the "fancy" models. = Most of the runabout utilities were evidently bought by Game & Fish departments, marinas & commercial fishermen for various uses.

The "simplicity" of interior appointments makes a Runabout Utility a relatively easy restoration.

just my OPINIONS, satx
