Can any one tell me what this is? I plan on restoring her in the future. The insurance company wants to know the make and model but I cannot seem to find any badging or serial numbers. It has a 65 Hp Mercury Mark 58A on it.

Any help would be much appreciated
I can take much more detailed pics if need be

A 58A is a 45hp with a smaller block. I have a couple of them. The front panel may be from a different motor. Check this box to be notified of replies to this topic. If the serial number plate is still on the motor (on the swivel bracket, above and between the transom bracket clamp screws), post the ser. # and that will help identify the engine.

Looks like a '63 or '64 "650" 65hp.
