TOPIC: Help identify this cool tunnel hull with Mark 30

I stumbled on this tunnel hull via Craigslist over the weekend. I immediately called on it but unfortunately it was already sold. The listing said it was from 1958, and I think it said it was 10'.

Any idea on what this is? I absolutely love it and would like to see if I can find another one.

I just did a little more digging. Maybe it's an early Carlson? Not much in the Glassic library but here's an ad.

I think you're right. I didn't see anything square from Carlson.

I got a hold of the seller again to see if he or the person who bought it knew what it was but they weren't sure either. He did confirm the length was 10' though.

Found it! The model is a Tri-Cat 3 and made by Inter Public Industries out of Canada. It also appears to be from around 1970 and not 1958 as the seller had thought. I'm assuming he went off the year of the Mark 30.
