We are going to provide a BBQ dinner for all of the people bringing boats to display on Saturday July 18th . We need to know how many people to feed. Camping is available next to your boat if you wish to stay overnight

I like in Cary and I'm an AOMCI member. I am working on the logistics of coming to the meet. I assume this is a land display only. IF there is a in-water portion please let me know. Another collector friend of mine, Dave Mahoney lives in New Bern. If I am able to work all this out then I will pick him up and we'll set up a display. I plan to show my 1961 Glastron Jetflite with my 1964 Merc 1000 on it. That motor is Mercury's 25th anniversary edition Short Shaft model.
Dave and I will also set up a Toy Outboard display that focuses on scale motors made by the top modelers over the past decade or so. The scale motors we will show are very detailed models of outboards going as far back as 1914.

I just checked the website and it says it costs $20 per person to get in. If we are part of the display, do we get free admission for Saturday ?

My mother in law lives in New Bern and my wife wants to visit her that weekend. I would leave her house around 7:30am Saturady, in New Bern NC. What time would I arrive at your meet, and could be make it back to New Bern for dinner ?
