I have a 1959 Squall King with two windows that wrap around the front and side of both corners of the cabin. Originally these were plexiglass but are now covered with fiberglass cloth. I can't make new ones out of plexiglass or lexan because of the compound curves. The cost of having the work done is prohibitive. I have some 40 gauge
vinyl that I plan to try to use. Any suggestions?

Do you have the originals for templates? What about a sign company or fish tank builder? They mold plastics all the time...

The outside shape of the windows is somewhat like a pyramid but curved, not square or rectangular. I do not have any templates. I am not sure that when I cut the fiberglass cloth out, it will retain its somewhat bubble shape. If they do, then hopefully I can use them as molds.
