So the floor for the 'Cat is glassed in. I've knocked down the high spots with the angle grinder. I was hoping to start painting.

But... Am i missing a step?

Should the new resin be sanded down until it is completely dull? In other words, will I have adhesion problems if there is any part of the resin that is smooth and not scratched?

Also, I did not hit it with a de waxing agent. Is this a problem?

Thanks,

dan

Just wipe it down with acetone. Use a good primer, then paint.
