TOPIC: Glastron Flooring

I just bought a 1970 163 Glastron with the green or brown interior. Is there any place to get the original flooring. Thanks

Welcome aboard Junkman, glad to have you join us. It's hard to tell by your pic, is that vinyl flooring or carpet? If it's vinyl, take a look at Nautolex for your replacement;

Thanks, its vynel flooring I do have some samples and there is stuff kinda close I was hoping to find some original flooring but I guess I'll have to get whats avalable. Thanks Mark

Junkman, FWIW I have vinyl flooring in my 64 Custom Craft. It can wear out or get damaged very quickly. I have cut pieces of Lexan and coated it with spray non-skid to put over it. If you are trying to do an authentic restoration, then go ahead with the vinyl. However,if you are going to use this for a daily ride, you might want to consider a textured surface with paint (tan would look good) for durability.

The other thing about vinyl flooring is that if water gets under it, it is trapped.
