Hears some photos of our 1960 span American V.I.P. runabout. this is just after the big restoration. the photos were taken 8-10-2014 . hope that they turn out . Bob

No I did not do any photos. all new wood floor and new wood transom. new wood seats. fiber glass and mat. tons of paint and new seats (not cheep) sanding and more sanding. I started in may and finshed up on the boat ramp the day we put it in the lake. Bob

Very nice restoration! What remote control are you using for your Johnson 35? I see it's a single-lever control.

I think I figured out the single handle shifter. I clicked on the pic showing the starboard side of the motor and it is clear that the hood may be a 1958 Super Sea Horse but the motor is a later 40hp with electric shift and the controller is correct for that motor.

You got it its a 62 40hp. the 62 hood was just to plane for me. ( johnsons have got to have fins) Bob
