TOPIC: first post, pictures of my jet runabout

first post, pictures of my jet runabout 10 years 3 weeks ago #100233

I wish I would have found this forum while researching ideas for my runabout. Anyway, here she is....

plywood/epoxy/glass composite. Power is a 140 hp 4 stroke kawasaki jet ski (spliced into hull)

She runs as good as she looks, fun boat.

I'd like to try that. I just saved your pic to downloads and put it in the "Select image file to attach spot.

Welcome aboard Shine! I'm currently in the planning stage of building one of their FS14 boats. I'm using it as a crabbing/clamming boat. Yours came out really nicely, I like the red.

Yeah, that gallery automatically re-sized the pictures and I was trying to upload the original of that picture directly from my machine.

Neat boat, there was a poster here before who added a jet ski powerplant and drive to a Glass Magic Playmaster.

Yes, Welcome! Nice project!

Speaking of boats with jet ski power, how about this one that you can just drive your jet ski into?

I have not seen that particular one, but I have seen one that was powered by twin seadoo's called a "Windjet". Not a bad idea for a lake or river.
