I've Googled "Evinrude Serial Numbers" and I'm confused (my natural state so don't be alarmed).

Here's my serial # 25018-04377

I believe I'm looking at a 1958 Big Twin AquaSonic. Anyone care to reinforce my research? Thank You - Mike

PS - I've been told that this maybe one of the better (earlier) motors as well. Any truth to that?
