TOPIC: west bend 18 hp sparks on one cylinder

hello,

I think I'm on the right forum but I'm not sure.
I have a west bend silver shark 18 hp but it only sparks on the upper cylinder does someone has any idea what can be the problem why it does only spark on one cylinder?

bad coil (cracked outer shell), dirty point, bad condenser or combo of all I had mentioned. you need to pull the flywheel most likely. Post some photos so we can what you got.

Pretty sure that your West Bend is not an OMC product. Chrysler bought West Bend and the designs - so if you are looking for parts, some Chrysler parts may work.
