TOPIC: Repair Manual Recommendations

I need to get a book for my motor(s). i've got a '58 johnson 50hp, '59 evinrude 35hp, and a '69 johnson 25hp. i saw the seloc manual that would cover all of these but i remember reading somewhere that the seloc ones aren't very good. also, i saw that there were a few sites where one could download a pdf manual for cheap/free, but i'm not finding one of those that would cover my motors. any suggestions?

For the 69 model you may have to buy a printed version, sometimes you can find a good deal on them on ebay. The factory books are the best, but a Clymer or Seloc version is better than not having one at all, IMHO.

thanks for the links! i'd like to get the 50 operational asap so i'm confortable relieving mysef of the 35 (and the boat i'm attaching it to). that'll make the wife a lil happier too. the help is much appreciated!
