ok bill I see the orfice bottom left in the carb throat upper one sprays fine . bottom one dosen,t replaced bottom carb with new carb i think i brought from ed he got them from an outside source orfice not found turns out plugged by silver paint . unplugged it with a diaper pin but barely squirts gas is this ok , also open up carb I removed, and it was full of rust from my metal bearcat tank think ill go back to plastic tanks. it got past my fuel filter. should i soak lower acelerator pump in oil and try again?

No not ok that isn't going to work or be safe.
First the carbs need to be disassembled and cleaned.
And you are right you'll have to get your fuel source cleaned up.
I am seeing carbs with incorrect bowl gaskets lately, actually check your old carb to make sure you have a hole in it for the accelerator pump jet orifice. I should post a pic of a carb that came in with incorrect gasket with no hole, blocks off the acc pump outlet!
