What rpm are you seeing at wide open throttle?
You should be seeing 5500rpm.

It looks like the motor is tilted up too far.
The cavitation plate should be parallel to the aft planing surface.
None of the video links are working, can you email the link or repost so I can see how you guys are running her?

I don't have a tach on the motor but it was scraming with the 10 picth prop on it and would not get anywhere near the rpm with the 13 picth prop

Mike,
Got your private message and replied.
I'll exchange your 13 for an 11 or 12 you tell me which.
1. Without a tachometer, selecting the prop for that package is going to be guesswork.
2. The trim angle looks like it can be improved from the pic. Can you take a pic and post, so I can see the angle of the cavitation plate versus the hull bottom. A side shot from 15' away would be great. It looks like the tilt pin is out on one of the outer two holes from the pic. Usually I have it second from transom.
Just trying to help. Sounds nice in the pics, gotta love that sound. Pretty lake, where is that?

The motor is in the second hole out from the end. I will try and get you a pic as soon as it can the boat is not here. Will try it one secnod hole out the next time we take it out. The G3 is planing just about llke it should. When you hit the gas it comes up on plane fast.

Mike,

If those run-bys were at full throttle & top speed, you need to go maybe 2" back in pitch. It sounds like it was hitting somewhere in the 3000rpm range. You can get a junker tach for that engine for real cheap - just a regular 4 cyl car tach.
