Anybody else going to be in the area?

I like the area around Pirate's Cove, the 5th street ramp on the sound and of course Oregon Inlet.

Good fishing... sometimes.

Taking the G-tron Ken? Sounds like fun, be careful out there!

It's questionable... long story short is that someone ran into my truck and it's in the body shop. Rental company doesn't give tow vehicles in replacement. But they said if I could find one, they would pay. Still haven't figured out the speed problem but figured I'd take some tools and have plenty of time to work on it!

If not, will take the Feathercraft... even though it's a 15 inch transom.... if the water's flat it's ok.

Really nice place to boat though!

Well, it was hot at OBX and the fishing was good. My truck wasn't ready so no boating

Did we get that truck fixed yet? Gotta be a bummer having your tow vehicle out of commission!

I know you frequent that beautiful area (OBX) a lot Ken, looks like hurricane Irene is headed that way. Sure hope they weather the storm without damage! Best wishes to everybody out there for sure.
