TOPIC: Silver Lake June 3rd & 4th

Tim Calmes is once again organizing an early spring meet near his place on Silver Lake. As many of you know who have been there, Silver Lake is a nice small lake in western New York. Tim hopes to have the Grand Opening of Paradise Boat Works in nearby Castile on Friday, and then an AOMCI meet combined with a classic boat meet at the state boat launch on Silver Lake Saturday. Gail can't make it, but I reserved a small cabin at nearby Letchworth for myself Friday & Saturday night. Gail and I have pitched a tent there before when we've attended this get-together. There are other lodging opportunities around the area, including right in Perry, which is the town Silver Lake is on.

Basically a formality, of course we'll be getting them wet.

There just isn't much space to display boats on the water.
