getting the snow off would be a good start... its aug, cant believe you still have snow :P

how long has it sat? what shape is the floor/transom in. Its prolly going to need a floor and transom. They are very intimmitdating jobs but actually pretty easy. While your in there you will want to put in new stringers too.

sitting for 10 years the motors will need a full go thru. Figure on fuel lines and carb rebuilds (I'm going thru the same thing myself).
Make sure the steering is free. If its a pull pull cable system think of replacing it with a modern single cable system.

Figure that critters and weather has destroyed the seats. Its likely that the wood in them is rotten. New seats really arent that expensive if you look around

teleflex makes a good steering system... If you know how long of cable you need, I have one thats too long for my boat I would part with.

sounds good i might need a smaller one also the boat has a steer hole way upfront that was patched over so it might work for that inside the cabin no steering wheel there. i will need to find a shorter cable for the rear wheel .i need to comeup with a smooth system for both . keep in mind it has a jacuzzi jet turns easy but i want it to be safe. im interested in it do you have apicture
