I'm just missing steering. I'm happy with my resto-mod, it's a brand new old boat. I think it needs a stripe, too.

She's looking great, Quick, good job on the "resto-mod"! I agree about the stripe, I think it would definitely add to the appearance, help "shorten" the profile. Very nice work, though. ;)

Thanks guys! We took her out for her first run today. Absolutely no problems, ready to go again tonight! I think the kids had a great time.

I ordered the vinyl from Advantage Sign Supply. 15" x 10yds of the best stuff cost about $50. I took a picture of the old emblems and my cousin vectorized it and printed them with his vinyl cutter. I'm going to use the leftover to print a stripe too.
