Yes 4V means four venturi. 2V means two venturi. 6V means six venturi, 8V means eight venturi. 1V means.....

The 2v and 4v heads differ in porting and valve size. Since the 2v engine does not need to maximize flow, smaller ports and valves.

Kind of like regular 327 chevy heads or the coveted "fuelie" heads.

All I knoww is more is better.
