Here is my "before and after" engine swap! Traded my 1967 Merc 650 for a mint 1969 Merc 1000.

OK I feel like I am cheating because mine was in such great shape to start with.
1960 Glastron StarFlite completeley original except for the interior seating. Not done yet but so much closer !!! originally I was going to clean her up and use it this season,,,, Well I got a bit carried away and am doing her right !!!

This is a really neat thread, glad someone brought it back up.
1963 Century Sabre 2 year complete rebuild. Full of snow on the day it was brought home. 
two years later first day in water.

WOW!!! You guys really throw on the pressure when I see the pics of the OUTSTANDING jobs you've done on your boats. I appreciate all the hard work that you've out into them and the advice and hints you share with others. Please keep sending in those pics! As things get more advanced, I hope to send some in of my projects, but at this stage they would pale in comparison to yours.

I love this thread! I really enjoy the see all pictures! I have to share my boat 1961 Aristo Craft 17' Funliner with no hard top.
I didnt do much with my boat. But I bring it back alive. It was sitting for about 15 years or something. I clean it out and put 78' 85hp Evinrude and new upholster. Before:
