Well, from the little I can find, it's a Canadian-built boat. The company filed a trademark mark for Spierscraft Boats on January 8, 1970; previously filing in Canada on November 26, 1969. Address was given as follows:

Spiers Brothers, LTD
1292 Plank Road
Sarnia, Ontario, Canada

The US trademark status was changed to expired/cancelled in 1983, so likely the company opted not to renew or re-assign the trademark (if the company still existed then).

From some obituaries:

Ralph Duncan McDermid served as general manager of Spiers Brothers. Another fellow, Jack Roberts, worked for Spiers Brothers Construction Company. The Spiers Brothers apparently were mechanical and electrical contractors who got into boat-building.
